About the tour
With that being said, we created this Northern Light tour to increase the chances for you to witness Iceland’s natural phenomenon. Our guides are experts when it comes to Northern Lights and together with them, we are making a decision each day before 18:00 whether the forecast is good enough for the hunt or not.
Once we are out of the city and away from the light pollution and your guide found a good spot, we will jump out of the car and prepare our cameras. Cozy chairs and blankets are on board to keep you warm while waiting for the lights. Hot chocolate, typical Icelandic liquor (Brennivin), and Icelandic “Kleina” add up to the experience. We want this experience to be as personal as it can be. Of course, your knowledgeable guide can assist you with the camera settings in case you need help. Don’t worry if you don’t have a camera, we have you covered. Our guide will take professional photos during the tour and we will give you free access to all photos the next day.
The maximum amount of passengers on this tour is 8 people.
Even with the best of guides, sightings can never be guaranteed. In case we can’t find any lights on the tour, you are welcome to book again for a Group Northern Lights Tour another day. Just inform us before 14:00 the next day, so we can guarantee you a seat.
In case we can’t operate the tour at all during your stay in Iceland, we will fully refund you the tour price.
